"UPDATE: I received a call back and also a text after the initial experience. They were very polite and professional. I ended up booking eyebrow threading with Ellie and lash extensions with Brandi. Both services were fantastic! I will be definitely be returning for future services! I walked into the N Decatur location this afternoon after seeing their sign while I was in the area. I quickly looked up the reviews and was excited to find a place that does lashes for a reasonable price, has good reviews and is close to home. I walked in and the woman behind the counter was polite. She handed me a business card and advised me to call the number for the Durango location for information on lash extensions. I called the number and the woman who answered had the TV on so loud I could not hear her. I kept telling her I was unable to hear her due to the background noise. I asked her if I should call her back at a better time. She then hung up on me. When I tried to call her back she did not answer and her VM was not set up for messages. How disappointing and incredibly unprofessional."
