"First, I will admit, that the miscommunication of my appointment time with Kimberly was my own fault for confirming an appointment, which I had in my own calendar for a different day. I wholeheartedly admitted to both Kimberly and the person at the front desk that I understood it was my miscommunication, that being said, I did not expect a professional to call me and yell at me about the error that was made in the appointment. She proceeded to tell me that she never would have booked an appointment with me on the day that I said the appointment was. I apologized again, she then continued to yell at me because it was my fault for the miscommunication and that if I was disappointed that I did not get my lashes done it was my own fault. I guess I dodged a bullet. Thank God she’s as rude as she is."

"If I could leave zero stars, I totally would. Kimberly was unprofessional and very rude. Anytime, I asked her question she was short with me, tried to reschedule me due to her own‘s mess up on over booking herself. I had been trying to get in with her for the last two weeks and it has been nothing but problems, when she called, she yelled at me that is extremely unprofessional and rude, and then proceeded to call herself a realist. I would not go and see this woman."
