"I went in two weeks ago for acrylic removal and gel manicure. The removal was painful as he just used a spare nail tip to remove the set I had on. The guy was going to charge me 30 for the gel set but a lady overheard and made him charge me 35 cause of the removal. Then I went yesterday for a new gel set cause the previous one had gotten grown out. When the man was done he put an unnecessary amount of lotion on my hands and massaged it up to my elbows. He did all this flashy stuff just so he could justify charging me 40 dollars for the most basic gel manicure. Definitely don’t go unless you wanna get scammed."

"Worst experience of my life. Let me start by saying that I’ve been getting my nails done here for years.. I’ve had good experiences and mixed experiences, but what I experienced today was truly terrible. My nails were hacked at incessantly by the nail tech. I always go for a French gel manicure, never in my life has it taken 1:30hours to do. He destroyed my cuticles and when I complained of pain, He said my nails had ingrowns (they did not, I get a manicure every 3 weeks - at that salon). I don’t know what his obsession was with destroying my cuticles, but he sure did follow it. The funny part is he spent such little time on my actual nails, which is what I came for. My nails were filed unevenly and painted recklessly. They are already chipped, which is incredibly unfortunate since I was there so long and paid for gel. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never get a manicure or any service from the bald man, he will destroy your nails and stare at you for a tip that he definitely doesn’t deserve. My cuticles still hurt and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. If I get any infection from this, I am going to sue this establishment. Never coming back here again."

"Helen is one of the best technicians with good work and good attitude always kind and professional but the store charges an extra $2 for the use of the debit card, why? is so much and more if you are giving extra tips"

"Everything about this experience was horrible. We walked in right as they opened. Instruments were pulled straight from the cart they put away last night. THEY WERE NOT STERILIZED!!!! My spouse went first and literally everything was used and not sterilized. Freaking gross and we are praying he doesn’t catch fungus. She asked what option we wanted and only gave us option 2 or 3. We just wanted basic as my spouse is male. Then another customer comes in. She tells me to wait for another employee to come in and do my pedicure. (Blessing in disguise if you will) my spouse said we will pay and leave and she said “no she will stay here” no tf I am not. We go to pay and she holds our card and watches what we enter. We slipped on the tip for obvious reasons and she takes back the machine and said “no you skipped it!!!” then starts all over and watches us to ensure we put in a tip. Meanwhile she’s holding our card waiting for us to fill it all out. Then she tapped our card. You got me entirely effed up. My spouse is much nicer than me cause I would have went off."

"This was my first time ever coming to this place as a walk in, Annie did my full set and pedicure. I am a picky person and I am very satisfied with how amazing my nails came out. She took her time and was very nice. I will definitely be back."
