"I was passing thru Henderson, NV from Arizona on my why to northern Idaho when my Ford F-150 started shifting erratically, leaking transmission fluid and smoking excessively. I pulled into Ford Country whereby their service department told me they couldn’t even look at it for 4-6 weeks. They directed me to Findlay Lincoln who was amazing. The service manager, Giovanni, offered to put it on the lift and have a technician take a look. After about an hour, he notified me that the transmission fluid was simply overfilled (I had just had a transmission service done in Arizona a few days before), they drained it down to the proper level and cleaned up the fluid that was all under the chassis and the back bumper. He assured me that the transmission was fine, whereby I continued my trip to Idaho and had no issues. And to my total surprise, Findlay charged nothing for their efforts. I can’t say enough positive things about Giovanni and the Findlay staff for the prompt attention and amazing customer service!"
