"I had gotten into an auto accident so I immediately thought of VIP Collision. Called up Steve and scheduled a time to get my car looked at. They were very quick with repairs and everything looks better than before! Steve communicated with me on the status of the vehicle every step of the way. I cannot recommend VIP Collision enough. If you ever need body work, take it to VIP! You will not be disappointed. Very nice shop, the waiting room is clean and nice. They offered me water any time I can in. Great to see a family run business. I will always take my vehicle to them if I need some kind of body work to be completed. Thanks Steve and everyone at VIP Collision!"

"I cannot say enough great things about Steve and his team at VIP Collision. Several year ago, I was on a work trip in LA when a woman rear-ended my car. It was my first accident and being away from home, I was freaking out a little. When I got back to Vegas I reached out to so many repair shops, even those referred to me by friends. Ultimately, I went with VIP Collision and I am SO glad I did. No one wants to have to use shops like these, but when they do, it is so important that the people match the quality of work and that's exactly what it's like here. Fast forward to now (and my 3rd repair), Steve not only remembered my first 2 incidents in detail, but they make you feel like family (the good kind, not the awkward, have-to-deal-with-you-because-you're-blood kinda family). As a female, it's easy for shops to want to bamboozle and take advantage of me, but I never once felt like that at VIP. They truly live up to their name and make you feel so comfortable with leaving your baby in their hands, effortlessly. When I picked up my RAV4 yesterday, not only does the repair look perfect, but when I got in, I noticed they cleaned the entire inside, too! I mean, down to somehow magically removing the wood splinters on the sides of my seats that deep down, I was incredibly sad about and thought I'd have to live with having ruined (so I thought) my seats. I think Steve is a magician. There is no other explanation. In addition, they keep you posted throughout the process so there is no guessing what's happening along the way. I truly cannot recommend VIP Collision enough and hope, that if you ever find yourself in the position of needing your car repaired, you choose these guys!"
