"This review has been in the works for well over a year now. (Sorry for the long read) This salon is located very close to home so I have been going here monthly for over a year and the last time I was in was the last for a reason. The owner of this place is very pushy and does not listen to you. I repeat the owner does not listen to what you want and always suggest something easy for her. If you have her as your nail tech the work will be don't fast. And not necessarily in the best way The prices ! I've asked for every different thing on the menu and I've never left paying less than $100 (Mind you I only come for pedicures with gel) I'm not really sure what the loyalty plan is other than a way for them to text you or something after 12 months of going I decided hey it's been a year I paid over $1,200 at this time.i should have some points built up let me redeem my points on my birthday. Ha! not only did I not get a birthday discount like they said they would in a random text message. I did however receive a discount that day using the points I had saved which is a whopping $5 off Once again back to not listening I had another tech not the owner do my nails I requested to get a paraffin wax at the end well she forgot it. when I reminded her she hurried and grab the wax out of the back and quite literally burned my feet it was scalding hot it was a calamity. I also ask for a specific type of style with my gel nail polish and the tech just nodded her head and agreed When quite literally she did not know what she was doing she just painted the gel on did not do the technique I requested and I still paid once again over$100 dollars photo 1 is when the owner suggested a terrible color that I didn't want I asked for a different color and she insisted on putting this color to the point where she did put it on. my toes look Brown the technique was correct color was not. Photo 2 This was done by another technician and the color was correct on this one however there was no technique she just painted it over and gelled at on basicly making it look like a glitter toe when I specifically wanted cat eye. Photo 3 This is done by the nail tech Anna She is the best nail tech that is there this is exactly what I wanted every single time I've even showed them Anna's photo and her work when I'm not able to receive Anna and I never received the same work Anna you rock! Photo 4 Although I'm wearing the same sandals these are done again by another tech that did not know the Technic I requested and this was after my foot burning also the last time I'll come. Overall I would avoid going here the owner of this salon also owns the nail salon next door to the Walmart across the street I have not been in there but I can only assume the same business practices will be carried out over there as well."

"UPDATED REVIEW - Under New Ownership 2022 New owner is definitely taking advantage of the economic crisis & raising all of the prices. My typical services just jumped excessively!!! Hard builder gel fill - $60 (up 20%) Add Gel Polish - $20 (up 35%) Deluxe Pedicure & $45 (up 12.5%) Add Gel Polish -$20 (up 35%) Anna is no longer there either. So don't bother. Previous Review: Hard gel on my nails and a deluxe pedi... The mud mask and hot towels on the feet just feels so good! Enjoying an amazing foot and leg massage that accompany the pedicure, as I write this review. Certainly worth the drive! Anna is absolutely amazing. I have actually been going to her for several years and followed her to this shop in 2020, despite a 30min drive. An increase is acceptable, but not like this."

"This was a GREAT first time experience with my daughter and I here at American Nails. Hospitality was Wonderful! Very attentive to my daughter and I. Service for both full nail sets came out GREAT! Great work. The gentleman that (I'm sorry forgot his name o think it was Trung) did our nails was very good, friendly, nice. This was my daughter's first time experience. He made us feel welcomed. Will be coming back for sure."
