"Booked appointment online for a simple oil change and tire rotation, it's now been almost 2 hours and I'm still waiting. This would take 15 minutes at most places, even without appointment. What is the point of an appointment here? Also, none of the status update links they send work. Workers don't seem to have much urgency either."

"Thermostat replacement, oil change and tire rotation. I was the third person in line got there at6:30 am they opened at 7:00 am. Was there for 7 1/2 hours. They do not offer appointments, severely over priced and services were incomplete tire air efficient light still came on. Would not recommend! Simple oil change be prepared to be there for at least 2 hours."
