"Grumpy's has had my husbands Dyna for over a month. The employee working on the bike quit communicating with my husband over a week ago. We went during business hours and they were not there for over 5 days. We got the bike back today and it is trashed and included two buckets of parts. We will be filing a police report in the morning. I have researched this business with North Las Vegas city and their business license expired in July of 2023. They are NOT a Veteran owned business."

"I would like to leave the 0 stars but can't. Went in for an electrical diagnosis and came home with my bike in buckets. Not even an apology. Worst shop I have ever had the displeasure to have been involved with. A before and after. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shop and tell all your friends as I am. After getting home and going through what they sent with me I have found a lot of things are missing. I didn't even get my seat. And they welded on my engine. Thieves and hacks.if sm.ne knows how to get ahold of grumpy I would love to let him know how his good name is being abused ."

"Grumpys garage picked-up my bike from my house because it hasn't been used or even started for 6 years and it's just been sitting in the garage. They told me that it needed tuning. I gave them the parts they needed as soon as I can and they got her up and running in excellent condition. The communication is good and all in all the service was excellent.
