"Despite the five-star reviews, I was not pleased with the repairs done on my Jeep wrangler. Mellisa Arter had scheduled appointment for 12/4/23 through email, but upon our arrival they said they couldn't accept us because they didn't have us in their system. That was a waste of time, so my husband had to schedule a new drop-off appointment. It took him another time away from work to drop off the car on 12/6/23. From that point forward, everything went well until we picked up the jeep on 12/29/23. Upon inspection of the vehicle, we realized that there were a few parts missing and some damaged items. The missing items were the close-out panels for the right and left side (inner rear bumper). It was not reinstalled on the repaired side, but it was also removed from the undamaged side. Also The replacement of the right fender didn't include a clear PPF. It can also be seen in the before and after photos that the wheel's lug nuts were overtorqued, leading to deformation. Lastly the clips used for the replaced fender did not fit correctly. The clips on the other fenders are Rivet Clips while the ones used for the replacement are all regular push pin clips. for the amount they charge insurance seems quite ridiculous, especially if this is how they return back your vehicle. Went in for an estimate and the final bill came out way more then expected, and on top of that I have to now deal with getting back the missing pieces and fix what was damaged……"
