Terrible Herbst Lube & Smog 2601 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson, NV 89074

"Should have know better than to go to a place called "terrible's." Only 1 smog tech in the whole place? Went one day, he wasn't there but was told he would be there the next day. Went back and waited 40 minutes just to be told he still wasn't there. Other services may be fine but go down the street for smog"

"They do a great job there & there's a car wash adjacent with free vacuum cleaner access. Good folks there. They know how to treat people. It's like a one-stop shop."

"These techs didn't know anything about the current 2 0 liter Volvo engine . I had to explain the current configuration of the Volvo engine. Not sure I want to have them do my oil change especially since their pricing is not much different . Had a problem especially when they insisted that the interval was 3K miles even for synthetic oil. Volvo recommended differently."

"Never get an oil change here, you'll sit and wait for 25 minutes and then they'll tell you we can't change your oil because there was smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. I am very disappointed in their service. Also when I had my old car they would keep trying to add more items to be replaced when i only asked for a standard oil change. This behaviors seems like they just want to get more money out of you. I suggest you try a different shop."

"Since it was bought out by Valvoline, they offer little in customer service, no free car wash, no free coffee. We have been going there for many years and now with this new company where the customer is not first, I'll be looking for another place to have my oil changed and smogged. The guys working were very nice, i just have a problem with there new company, I felt like a number and not a valued customer... so goodbye I'm going to another place where I will feel welcomed."
