"The doctor is GREAT but his front staff needs to take a hike. I've been with this group for six years and I was told to pay all up front and if I cancel my appointment for any reason my fees were non refunded. They just lost 9 of my family members business."

"I’m gonna first by saying I have been going to the dentist for many years and Dr. Hahn always showed me the kindest respect. I had a $300 bill that was overdue I ended up paying at the first chance I get but I have spent over $20,000 with Dr. Hahn so you would think that something small would be overlooked and not a big deal. But it was a big deal to them so they asked me to pay everything upfront to be reimbursed later which I thought was very unreasonable. The front office is rude and disrespectful. Jane I believe is her name is the rudest person you will speak to. She will constantly tell you she is speaking and then when you begin to speak she will interrupt you . Even after trying to speak to them reasonably about the situation asking the doctor to call me an email me to discuss the matter they wanted nothing to do with me. I have spoken to the doctor about mountain biking and snowboarding many things for so many years and I’m so disappointed how they treated me today. I will never go see them again never no matter what do not go to the dentist do not trust them you will find out for yourself. You would think the doctor would email me after asking him to call me but it wasn’t important enough for the office to relay any information. Anyways just very disappointed in how they treated me not only disrespectfully but felt like they were single-handedly doing it deliberately because they felt like they had power over me.especially Jane. I did actually get a chance to speak to Dr. Hahn a couple days ago And explain the situation in detail he was very nice over the phone but then he told me he would ask them to make an exception and look into it. Instead I received a letter today basically stating to find out another dentist. After everything I have spent with him all the time I have been there this is how they treat you. If you’re looking for a dentist I would think twice about going to them they obviously only care about money if they cared about you they would handle things much different. I am a business owner myself and cannot believe this is how they treat people especially over such a small amount of money that was already paid because obviously that’s what they care about nothing else nothing more. Very disappointed"

"Terrible experience. We decided to try this dentist as it was closer. We went and received a cleaning and exam. We gave all insurance info up front to make sure everything was covered. They called and said that everything was good. We end up getting a bill for panoramic x rays. This is only allowed every five years as the insurance company told the dentist. The insurance did not cover and we called the dentist as we were sure they would make it right. They were extremely argumentative and had nothing but excuses for why it happened. We will never go back and they lost 4 patients over trying to make an extra $109 for each of us with pano xrays. Stay away, no integrity and can not be trusted."

"The front staff was very nice and professional. The doctor was amazing he sat down with me and explained in full detail what my issue were and my options he didn’t rush the visit and was very friendly and easy to speak to. The hygienist Karen took her time with my procedure and friendly. I recommend this place for your dental needs."
