"I’d honestly leave zero stars if that was an option! Just pulled out of the line. Waited over 40 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. The guy working would not even come out to let everyone in line know what was causing such an huge delay. As I sat there for over 40 minutes, 3 other cars decided to back out and just leave. This guy is costing this company money! After waiting so long, I got out of my car to ask him how much longer it would be? As I had an appointment coming up. He would not even look up or make eye contact or acknowledge that I was even standing in front of him. I was polite and asked him how much longer it would be? He was very rude and told me he doesn’t know at all. And that was it. After that, myself and 2 more cars decided to leave. This employee is a joke. He even left his customers to ride his skateboard over to Terribles while we all sat in line. Will DEFINITELY NOT recommend or come back here."
