"The completely white-haired old man has an extremely bad temper, and he likes to exhibit body language as if he is going to assault people. Locals in the area say they are inconsiderate as well and often block road-traffic with their trailer traffic through the property. I would avoid doing business here, it seems they are only pleasant when taking your money and not much else."
