"If your looking to get a lash lift done save your money and don’t go here. I get lash lifts done somewhere else and I came here because my main place was booked and the lift here didn’t stick. My lashes were still straight and not lifted after an hour and $100 spent here. I was told the lashes will look lifted after 24hours but my lashes looked the same as before I got the lift so unfortunately will not be back."

"Saved by Ashley!! My Lashes Needed immediate Attention and that's exactly what they got this evening at Liv Bay- I walked in looking for information on a foreign fill and walked out feeling Sassy!! Ashley was as sweet as can be, light handed and got my lashes back in line just in time for the holiday!!! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! I love the convenience of the hours and location... The set up of the salon was very comfortable as well- Ask for Ashley she did a phenomenal job matching my classic mixed set--- I will definitely come back to her!!"

"I really wanted to try extensions so I found this place. It was a nice experience at first, however I am not happy with my service. I paid over $100 plus tip just for them to only last a week. I’m pretty sure a couple lashes were glued to my eyelid. I wanted to give this place a chance but I'm not certain this is a safe place to spend your hard earned money. Thank you but never again."

"I was going to this location for over a year. I recently got a volume fill in which I spent $90 plus $20 tip for the services. I had a bad experience where the lash artist literally glued several extension to my eyelid. That caused major swelling and irritation to my eye. They were quick to get me in for the removal same day in which that was free service because I sent them photos and they could see where the lashes were glued to my eyelid! The receptionist told me that the reason they had put the lash so close to my lash line was for better retention, but that is not the case when it comes to lashing. After swelling went down I was looking to get them put back on with another artist and I was informed at first that I would have to pay the full amount of $210 for a brand new full set which was ridiculous because it it weren't for their lash artist messing up my lashes. I reached out to the manager on a Friday night and I did not get a response until around Wednesday give or take.. She was sick and I understand that part, but at that point you're a business and you need to ensure there's a response to customers in a timely manner. I was a loyal customer going in 2-3 times a month for fills and touch ups! They will tell you that you are allergic and it can happen out of the blue, but in this case it was due to poor placement of lashes."

"First experience. Appointment was ok. New to this. Explain what I wanted in detail. Did not get what I asked for at all. I paid for full. Barely got any lashes on me. First night the few lashes that were put on me fell out leaving gaps. Didn’t make it a week before the few lashes put in fell out. My 2 hour appointment only took about 45. Rushed service. So very little amount of lashes put in. I even bought the extra bundle of cleaners and fan and tumbler. I was hoping to get a few weeks of lashes. I didn’t even get four days. What a waste of $200+ dollars"
