You can tell the owners take pride in their salon and take care of their staff because everyone seems so genuinely happy and ready to help you. I always book in advanced on Instagram but I feel like if you had an emergency and messaged them they would do everything they could to fit you in. I also heard the lash tech talking about how she takes courses regularly to make sure she keeps up to date with the latest in lashes and that was so nice to hear since she's literally working on my eyes!!
