A thorough dentist who does excellent work in everything from dental cleanings to orthodontics, Dr. Nguyen explains in detail his procedures and cost efficiency - before, during, and after treatments. Personable, friendly, and genuine, both Dr. Nguyen and Haley make you feel immediately comfortable in their sanitized clean dental office! My previous (ordinary) dentist had me "try" those clear trays to "fix" two crooked teeth, but knew it wouldn't work. I was swindled out of $1,600 over four months (only four visits total). For just $1,000 Dr. Nguyen placed real braces to permanently and correctly straighten the teeth that needed it in a shorter time! I was treated once weekly over about two months for overall tweaking, and now have a practically invisible wire behind my lower front teeth to wear for a year that ensures they stay straight. I am incredibly happy with the results! Experienced and trained in other specialities like correcting snoring and sleep apnea, I also have a night mouth appliance that Dr. Nguyen fitted and checks once a week over several weeks to be sure it feels comfortable while I'm sleeping. I breathe and sleep well now! I also prefer Dr. Nguyen's (optional) deep cleanings to having a dental hygienist do a basic teeth cleaning. It's worth paying a nominal extra cost to care for my gums properly. I referred my dad and brother here so now they're patients, too! I highly recommend Heavenly Smiles and Dr. Nguyen 100%! "The BEST experience you will ever have at the dentist! My family all love Heavenly Smiles. This is a small, safe office. You show up at your appointment time and they buzz you into the office to go straight back. It is a true VIP experience. It is all one-on-one, no other patients waiting around like most other offices. Dr. Nguyen is definitely a perfectionist (which you want in a dentist!). The doctor does all of the cleaning work himself which means he gets to know his patients and their teeth one on one. There is one assistant in the office. She is also amazing! She assists the doctor while he is working and takes you back to the room but he does the work! I recently started having issues with my teeth shifting. I messaged his system on the weekend, he responded right away and was able to get me in to be seen and start to fix the issue the next day! My 4 yo daughter especially loves going in. He and his assistant are GREAT WITH KIDS! QUICK and EFFICIENT! This is THE most efficient doctor I have ever seen. Example: Every OTHER dentist: show up for 8am appointment, wait for half hour in the waiting room, see a hygienist for a cleaning, wait again for 20 minutes to see the doctor for 2 minute final go over. Total time on average: 1.5 - 2 hours THE HEAVENLY SMILES experience: show up for 8am appointment, his assistant takes you back to a chair and room at 8am, see Dr. Nguyen for a cleaning and exam, out the door by 8:30-9. Total time on average: 30 minutes! Great doctor, great office, great staff, great prices, great experience!"
