"2nd review as for some reason mine is getting removed!! I was asked for $3900 by Dr Tran for dentures after being told twice by Karina the office manager, I am fully covered with my dental plan. When Dr Tran asked for $3900 Karina told me to ask my insurance to reimburse me cuz they take too long to pay the doctor..wow! Senior citizens be aware! Sorry but I cannot recommend this office! Would give a zero! For wasting my time and not being honest to me from the beginning. Be careful when talking to Karina as they just try to bring you in fast then surprise you by asking for payment when I was told a completely different story! That is my opinion and my experience with this office and Dr Tran. I was NOT informed at the beginning when I asked Karina multiple times as well as over the phone about my insurance coverage. I was informed I am fully covered for dentures and she has verified me with my insurance. I was verified again while standing at the front desk by Karina, yet still asked for $3900. If Dr Tran was not in network I should have been told and would have never gone there. But that is NOT what I was informed by Karina both over the phone as well as in person when there. Karina again verified me and told me all good and my dentures will be fully covered. That was NOT the case! To be told I need to pay upfront and ask my insurance to reimburse me was ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. I hope my bad experience helps other seniors and patients. BE CAREFUL of this office and the office manager who had a totally different attitude when I denied treatment due to what she had just asked me. Quote: will you be using a credit card for the $3900? I denied treatment and asked why they were not honest from the beginning? Senior citizens I dont recommend this office to anyone!"
