"Update: Haley, the manager reached out shortly after posting this and was very concerned and had empathy for the situation. She understood and was a great listener. We will give snip it’s a try again without trina being there. I’m sure the experience will go a lot smoother and will update again then. If you do get a chance to come here, just do your due diligence and read the reviews on the proven stylists. You’ll thank me later. So we’ve been here a few times now… the first two times were good and the third ( today ) is what makes me not want to come back. Before I get to that, Sierra was FANTASTIC. Amazing. So kind and patient with my 2 year old who was seemingly fighting for his life. Now Trina H? Rude, unprofessional, and had an attitude that needed to be left at home. I tried to explain the cut to her and she proceeded to cut me off and talk over me multiple times just to prove her point. I knew what she was saying and told her that her idea was perfectly fine. The receptionist had a question for her and she said “wait until I’m done please” yet she had a full on conversation with Sierra about something different. Unless this person is not there if we decide to book another appointment ( highly unlikely ) we won’t be returning. $70 for two haircuts is pretty damn steep - although for Sierra and what she dealt with, we’d absolutely pay it again."

"Origional review: I have been there 4x in the last two weeks to get my daughters a hair cut because I wanted to try them out. All 4x they were closed. So we went next door and enjoyed a smoothie. Finally gave up on them and went to great clips in the same shopping center for my daughters. Reply to company's response: Although times are posted on door there has been nobody at the actual location during "open hours" when we have been there. I have actually come back several times during the open hours to get my daughters' hair cut and nobody was inside the location. As requested: I will update star rating once service is rendered. As of this time a 1 star is appropriate for a company that does not honor their hours of availability and therefore does not render appropriate and/or satisfactory service to their potential customers. Requesting a change of rating when your establishment is not rendering service and a hair cutting company in the same parkinglot is seems to be pandering. Although I knew your competition was open and would cut both my daughters hair I chose to wait and come back several times to your location "during open hours." Your newly established business should be working harder to take business from the established hair cutting company, not telling a potential customer they are wrong and should change their opinions to fit your lack of availability."
