Jiffy Smog

"We have been bringing our cars to the Aliante location for several years. We've never had an issue and service is quick and easy and the smog tech is always friendly. We usually receive a coupon in the mail but this year we didn't get one so I just went on their website and printed it out. The only thing maybe negative I have to say about this location is that it's in the 7/11 parking lot and on the opposite side is Starbucks so it gets pretty crowded up there. And there's only a little designated area along a red curb to wait in line to get your smog done. But they work with what they got. I definitely recommend this location."

"I received very poor service today and will not return! Ryan was the person who completed my service and was unprofessional. He spoke to his coworker the entire time. Ryan became offended that I thought his friend was on the phone when I was slow to move up in the slot without their permission. As he repeated the story to his friend, he fanned his hand towards me in a gesture to disregard my opinion. It was rude! Maybe this was a complaint the two received before that made him so agitated, I don’t know it was definitely strange. To the point, it affected my mood. To disregard a customer who is spending money and talk to a coworker the entire transaction is blatant disrespect! I will never tolerate that behavior at a business where I’m spending my hard earned money, hence the reason I did not pay for anything other than the smog. This was my last time patronizing this place and Ryan should be proud it was his lack of decorum and respect that propel my decision!"

"I am a new resident to the area & this was my first visit to this location. Highly recommend them! They opened at 8am, there was one car ahead of me. My car was finished at 8:10am! Super fast and easy. And, Ryan was very nice and polite. Good customer service. I will definitely be using this location for my smog certifications in the future! Don’t forget your discount coupon $5 off. Came to $28. Thank you!!"
