"My experience on a recent trip with Carmel to the airport was excellent. We had two long, oversized, heavy ski bags along with lots of other luggage. The SUV that was sent was spacious enough to accommodate everything, the driver was polite, very helpful, and safe. The pricing was also more reasonable than Uber, etc. Highly recommended. This is my review but I am being compensated $10 car cash for it by Carmel limo."

"Absolutely terrible service. I booked a limo for 6 people. There was a problem with the dates and times of our arrival so I called a few weeks before our trip to clarify the information. Judy sounded confused but she read back the info until it was correct. I received a confirmation email. Upon arrival, we went to Zone 1 to meet up with the driver. I received a text with a link to click 15 minutes before arriving. It said I could contact my driver. When I contacted the company I was told, with no prior notification, that my booking had been cancelled. I told the lady that we were at the airport with a confirmation email and text received that very day. She passed me on to a guy in dispatch who told me there was no car available. I told him the email said I had paid to reserve a stretch limo and it was confirmed to arrive. We were left there waiting on a taxi. When I tried to get a refund they asked for an email request to see if they would give me one. I have to wait 72 hours to find out if THEIR MISTAKE will be acknowledged and my money refunded. I hope people rethink using this terrible car service."

"Absolutely terrible. Save your time and either order a taxi/Uber at 1/4 the cost or upgrade and go with a higher quality company . These guys made me wait 45 minutes, Run around in circles . Then as i get in car get hassled by police because pickup in the wrong place. Never will use them ever again"

"Superb service. Used as an alternative to Uber at the Las Vegas Airport. Our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating. Driver kept track of our flight and was ready waiting at the appropriate luggage carousel. Vehicle was nice and well maintained. I ended up leaving my cell phone in the car. The main 800 number was able to promptly put me in direct contact with the local dispatch who put me in direct contact with our wonderful driver Derege. I interrupted his lunch but he returned to bring my phone within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond to fix my mistake. Recommend 100%."

"This is my review, but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. I used Carmel on my previous trip to NYC (New York City), and will continue to use them. On my most recent trip, it was a simple matter of calling their number to let them know I'd arrived. I didn't have my reservation number handy, but the agent looked it up from my name and had me verify my address. I quickly received a photo of the vehicle and driver; they showed up promptly, about two minutes ahead of schedule, and I had no trouble identifying the bright sign with my name. The driver was friendly and careful in his driving, and I got delivered right to my friends' front door. I used Carmel for my return transportation 8 days later, and had a comparable experience -- although that driver wasn't conversational, as he spoke virtually no English."
