"The whole experience I would rate as a four. The beginning of the install was very shaky as they would not return our call in time. I had to call them multiple times to just get the estimator to come out. The estimator tells you totally different things than the actual measuring guy. The estimator told us that the removal was included and it’s actually not included, it’s an additional $1500-$2000 depending on the size of the job. Most people can probably do this themselves. The guy who measured the counters is very standoffish and confrontational. The front office constantly changes the price even after you have paid. You have to really watch out for how much they’re going to charge you. The best part was the installers. They were amazing, very professional, took their time did a stellar job. Because of the constant fluctuating price, the poor contact from the front office, and a very confrontational measuring guy, I would not give them higher than four. The reason I am giving a four is because of the installers. The job is done through Home Depot, the communication with Home Depot is also very shady and takes a long time. Sometimes it took them three days before they even returned one phone call. The other part of the job job that is difficult is the fact that you don’t give you any samples, You could only see the selection in the store on a large board, and it is almost impossible to visualize what it’s going to look like. Fortunately, we picked a color that really accents our kitchen and both my wife and I agreed on it. Overall, the job turned out fantastic. There were many hurdles to overcome. Timeframe was actually faster than they promised."

"We recently completed a "Tiny House" build and needed a counter top for a small kitchen area. We found out about Accent Countertops (AC) "remnant" program from Home Depot. AC have an ever changing stock of remnants from larger jobs that are for sale for very reasonable prices. We went to their store and had great service from everyone there (thanks Crystal). We quickly selected a remnant piece of silestone that suited our kitchen. From there the process was easy and professionally handled. AC staff came out to measure for a template and then returned a few weeks later with the finished counter to install. The installation crew did a great job and the results are wonderful. AC kept us well informed at every stage of the process. I would happily use AC again and recommend them to my friends."
