I had a walk-in, coming with green hair from a failed attempt of hair dye and she transformed my hair color to a radiant and confident red perfectly suiting my skin color and personality. "I went to fix a straight cut into oval shape without modifying the length or complete hair cut. This f.#)_&+ lady (LAURA) cut inches of my hair and did layers when I HATE layers. She even poked my left eye really hard with her fake nails. She started drying and styling my hair. Prior to it I was given a different price and when I paid she kept the whole bill saying it was fine. She played to be savvy, a psychologist, she critizced health issues. I had the goal to let my hair grow long and now I have to wait another year to have it at the same length I had it. Laura was desperate because she insisted on cutting my hair. I should've had paid attention to that red flag. (When Martha was there, it was way different)."
