"I'm sure this salon is nice, but one of the male hairstylists seems to give opinions on people who are waiting for people who are leaving parking spots and pulling into it. While I was waiting for people to leave their spot so I could parallel park and run in to grab an order, a male stylist made it a point to tell me I was "parked in the middle of the street". He continued to argue with me about the fact I was just sitting in the middle of the road when I explained that I was waiting for a couple who had just gotten into their car to pull out of the spot so I can pull in. I probably would have gotten a service done here since it looks like a nice salon and close to my apartment (I live in the complex), but if that's how they want to treat someone who is just literally waiting for a spot and minding their business, I don't want to know how they treat their actual customers."

"UPDATE: 01/06/24 - it’s been 2 weeks and Capelli has not reached out to resolved or remedy this incident. Beyond mortified. Had an appointment for me and my daughter on 12/20 with new talent stylist Jonathan and Jazmine. Checked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment. I was told by Jonathan that there was a “mixup”in scheduling and that Jazmine could not take my daughter’s appointment because Jazmine was in the middle of a color treatment. However, Jonathan said that he will be able to accommodate both of us. I paid $75 each for both of us to have a cut and style. At the end of the appointment, I inspected my daughter’s hair and noticed it uneven at the ends. Jonathan tried to fix it before we left. My hair as well was uneven and the layers were thick and choppy (not blended in). To say we are unhappy with the service we received is an understatement. We had to go to a different salon and pay extra to have both our haircuts fixed. I reached out to Capelli via private review to express my disappointment and their response was “Jazmine got sick and was throwing up and was sent home. We did not want a sick stylist working on the floor.” This was completely contradictory to what Jonathan had told us when we checked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment. With any situation, I think it was handled poorly. Whether there was truly a “mixup” in scheduling or not being notified ahead of time that our stylist was sent home “sick”"

"This place is fantastic! The attention to detail is on point! My hairdresser Brooke, is a perfectionist! I have had many services before in other salons, some being in a few different states and yet I haven't received the high level that I recieved at this salon! This salon is an entire experience that was perfection, beauty and attention to detail, all in one! A must go, experience! The entire salon customer service is top level, you feel like you're a friend, something that is very rare these days. Thank you!"
