"I was inside the store for 20 min no one helped me. When I walked up to the check out I asked if they could get someone to help me. Waited another 10 min and no one came to help me. The girl at the front was useless and just stared at me like a confused deer in headlights and just mumbled sorry. I will be shopping at Sephora from now on."

"The store has no stock. You have to ask for someone to go looking thru their "back stock". Which they have about 2 times.out of 10. They want to order something foe you online and have it sent to you. Well.... maybe I need it today not in 3 days and maybe I want to actually see the product. But their testers are less than half of the colors for you to actually see. Don't bother going.. the staff just blames "the warehouse" for not sending them stuff. They're not.smart.wnough to know management shud be ordering. Stay home and order online or better yet go to sephora. They actually have testers AND stock to buy."

"I would rate 1,000 stars if possible!! I was almost out of a specific product I use daily and visited another Ulta location to replenish, however, they were out of stock, nor was it available online. I called this location and spoke with Asia who took the time to see if they had my specific product or if any other store in the city had it. They had a slightly different shade, their very last bottle here, and she was kind enough to find it in hand and hold it for me! We all get set on our brands, especially makeup, and Asia went above and beyond to assist me in multiple ways throughout my time of need!! Associates at other locations are overly uber friendly, but offered little help. I just want to recognize what a superb and efficient job she did for me and how much I appreciated her! This will be my new location from now on!!"

"I love this location so much! Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Help, without feeling too pressured! The ladies at the front make very good conversation and feel like family easily, I especially love my hairstyle is Mika, though! After one time I can guarantee, I’ll be back again"

"Like others, I have shopped with Ulta for years. This location sucks. No customer service and they don’t care about making a sale. My daughters and I came to the store to shop, ready to spend some money, but there were no testers or product available. The employees did not approach to ask if we needed help. I had to go look for an employee and she had the nastiest attitude. I will never shop at this location ever again. The whole staff needs to be retrained. This is a reflection of the general manager. What a shame!"
