"I’m not questioning Toni’s ability as a stylist. However I am questioning her ethics. I paid approximately $650.00 to have Toni buy and install hair extensions for my daughter. Who is a very hard working stay at home Mom that I wanted to pamper since she’s always taking care of her family. This was over 90 days ago and not only has she failed to install the extensions she flat out lied to my daughter about sending them via USPS. Why would she even send them when they required installation!!!!! She has refused to take calls from either of us. Nothing makes sense except that she ripped us off. My daughter checked everyday for a couple of weeks before finally giving up. So BUYER BEWARE. And NEVER EVER prepay Toni for any goods or services. By the way, I have proof through a cash application that the money was sent and ultimately received by Toni. There are hundreds of talented stylists here in Las Vegas. You would be very wise to choose another stylist. Also if you’ve had any similar situations please contact me as we are in the process of suing her for the money and related costs."

It was so bad, but she was very patient & spent all day fixing my hair, making sure to do masks & maintain my hairs integrity.
