"It hurts my soul to leave this review as just a few months ago I left them a five-star review. I am a person who spends a lot of money on my feet and nails. $150 or more to be exact almost $200 because I tipped each service $20. But the last three times I have came. I made an appointment for 5. I get there at 4:45 . It took 2 hours and 15 minutes yesterday to get a fill one fix and a pedicure. He kept stopping during my nails to go assist other people when I told him I had to be out because I had to go back to work so I was also late to my job They treated me as if they don't care about my money as if they don't care about me being a loyal customer. I love Michelle and her pedicures but one thing I will not stand for you cannot take my money and disrespect me or make me feel unwanted. I pay for my services in full. I did not ask for a discount and I still tipped. I let him know that I did not appreciate how I was treated. His response to me is next time I'll take an hour. Well sorry TJ. There won't be a next time cuz I definitely won't come back So now I am back searching for another nail shop. That will appreciate me being loyal and when I make an appointment stick by my appointment"

"Saw some great advertising on IG and wanted to try them out as I was excited to find a shop that finally did fancy designs. Paid $80 for these and sat for 2 hours for them to only last exactly 1 week. Also had to return the following day to have them filed because they were so sharp. Had them filed which made them super thin. Mind you; these are my nails with acrylic overlay. Glitter wasn't covered by any clear gel so it was rough & kept snagging on my clothes and hair but was told this was the style."

"I have been getting my nails done for years already, I travel a lot so I try new nail salons all the time. This place from the reviews and IG profile look good but IT HAS BEEN THE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD, TJ the owner and “nail tech” did my nails and he didn’t pay attention not once but twice and he cut 2 of my fingers, he treated my nails as if they were nail extensions over filing them leaving them thin and also filing them on the inside. He is so aware of what’s happening around that he doesn’t pay attention to what he’s doing. I still paid for my manicure because I it is their job but I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AND WRITE A REVIEW."
