"I scheduled an appointment to get my acrylics removed. I hate to be that person, but I went in for ten minutes, the lady who got stuck with my small appointment was very over it and just painfully pried/ripped my acrylics off of my nails. Did not soak them or go through any kind of steps to try and preserve my natural nails under them. I understand I’m not getting a full manicure or a fill, but at that point I could’ve ripped them off at home if I wanted to hurt my nail bed."

"The owner was so RUDE she was so unprofessional! If they don’t care about their customers why even open a business. I asked her if she could fix a nail before i even left the salon and she said I was waisting her time. When us customers are the ones who feed her by doing business and going too her nail salon. Never again will i go! Some people just don’t know how too be grateful and have good customer service. Its so sad. I was happy once i arrived. Then i wanted too leave ASAP. I don't care if she’s the owner she deserves too treat clients and everyone in a good matter. "This nail shop disappoints on multiple fronts. The lack of customer service was evident throughout my visit - requests were ignored, often delivered curtly., and the staff exhibited rudeness. The tech “T” barely talked to me and just spoke to the other nail technician the entire time. There was a failure to establish any rapport or connection with the customer. This place leaves much to be desired."

"The tech barely talked to me ... didn't help me put my shoes on or honestly act like a decent person. She went straight to the next person and she wasn't very personable. I could have had a better experience with a mute person at least they woukd have smiled at me the whole time ."

"Cons: I'm absolutely frustrated. My first nail broke only 4 days after I got them done.. I have just broke my second nail in a week and a half and my thumb nail has a crack on its way to breaking. The set has absolutely no support at the base to accommodate the length I paid to have. I've never had such a bad experience from a nail salon. I couldn't relax during my pedicure while getting my fill done at the same time. For $170 I feel absolutely scammed Pros: setting an appointment with their booking system was easy I got my full set and pedi at the same time which saved time"
