"Zero stars is what I wanted to give. I rarely leave negative reviews but I had to. Not like they care anyways. Ive been going to Aloha nails since I was in middle school and high school. Great customer service up until recently with the new owner who seems nice and all tech are so nice until he leaves. 2 x I’ve gone and unintentionally got the same technician who both times was extremely rude did not complete. The service is all the way and on top of it both times up, charged me. I got a very short square acrylic, nails, very short, barely off of the base of the bed, and she charge me extra for the length. Also with my service included charge me an additional $10 to take off the bed of my nails that had an acrylic still on it she would never forewarned me that the take off of the little pieces that she did was going to be an additional charge. It’s not the price that I’m upset about is that both times she was the worst technician and rude. Not to mention on the phone both times I went in there to get a pedicure after the first time, she did my nails and it was funny because the other technicians knew exactly who I was speaking about. Needless to say I will not be going there ever again."
