"I paid $45 and tipped five for a gel manicure that chipped *two days later. The chip is significant. I called back the same day - two days after my appointment to tell them. I was visiting Vegas and had left. They said they could do nothing in terms of a partial refund and to call back the next day. Unfortunately, they did not answer my call. Also, The state board of cosmetology was checking their licenses while my appointment was going on. This is totally normal, but my technician was very distracted looking around and got up several times. It was all very odd. Another woman came in for a 1 pm appointment— She was told her technician Lynn was not feeling well and will be out for a few days. They had her wait quite a while and she had to ask about her appointment. They definitely should have called her to tell her normal technician would not be in."
