"I’ve been going here about every two weeks for the last 4 years. They WERE great. For the last year it’s been new people working and constantly changing staff. I never leave reviews however the last few times have been so bad. Every time i tell them that all i want is a clean up. The new people have no clue what they are doing. It hurts way more then it should and used to in the past by a lot. My skin is left bright red when you used to not even be able to tell i had just gotten them done. My eyebrows look horrible. They are so thin, and don’t even look the same. I will never be going back, i have referred so many people to them in the past, and taken several friends. I’m so disappointed and refuse to keep getting this service, that is completely different from what i used to get."

"Been here about 5 times and so far I've been happy with the service they offer. My visit is always quick even when there are people waiting. The lady's are friendly and caring. The store is clean. Threading is so much easier and these girls know how to do it right. Obviously, I'll be going back"

"I am from out of town and just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. The lady who threaded my eyebrows agreed to JUST clean them up. Unfortunately she made them so thin and completely reshaped them… I was visibly upset and explained I wasn’t happy with the service and paid for her time and left. I wouldn’t recommend going here due to the complete disregard of what I asked for. Even after a verbal agreement."

"This was my first time here I read the reviews before I went and I am not disappointed I agree with everyone else GREAT place, It’s clean your welcomed as soon as you come thru the door they had just opened so I didn’t have to wait. Promila did a complete full face on me she is excellent she only works Saturday and Sunday. A full face for $35.00 you get every pennies worth. I recommend this to everyone there was a guy waiting to get his eyebrows done."
