"My stylist, Aleisha was over 20 minutes late. When I arrived, on time, I was not greeted. A nail tech who had a client sheepishly asked if I was helped after a few minutes of waiting at the front desk. I was not given an explanation as to why my stylist was late, simply, “she’ll be here any minute.” I had to ask the nail tech to contact her after waiting 15 minutes. Not sure why this was allowed. No apology or explanation was given. I finally walked about after waiting over 20 minutes. I received a phone call from the stylist after the fact but not very useful at the time. Very unfortunate as I wanted to give my business to this salon. In the future I recommend a receptionist and more accountability for the salon. Everyone’s time is valuable and should be treated as such."
"Staff was super nice, and prices are great, but I got these nails done on Thursday and it is now the following Sunday. I've never had acrylic nails lose paint. It's literally peeling off my nail. It also took her 2 hours to do these. I was in no rush it wasn't that big of a deal but it's never taken me 2 hours to get a fill done before."
