"I went to Clear before when it was Wink, and had a great lash lift. Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience here recently. If my lash lift looked good, I wouldn't be writing this review - but it looks terrible. One eye is curled, the other is still flat and it's just overall bad - not even close to being worth $120. Why I'm writing this is the person who did my lash lift tried to sell me her skin care products, without me asking and I was not even there for my skin. She said her skin care products are $140, and are a good option for her "acne prone" girls. She said dermatologists are bad at clearing acne, and asked me why I went to a higher strength of retinol. My skin did have a breakout, but it was EXTREMELY rude of her to comment on my skin when I wasn't there for a facial, and I didn't ask her opinion or her help with my skin. She wanted to show me before and after photos if I used her products, and did not pick up on social cues that I wasn't interested. It was awkward after I told her I was not interested in her skin care products. She also gossiped the entire time. I hate writing these reviews, but if it saves someone a horrible lash lift and a bad experience, then it's worth it."

"I’ve had decent services and mediocre services here. Before this place rebranded, I had given it five stars across-the-board the people, the service, the experience, everything. Then little by little the people who was used to left group of people they were hiring were not as skilled for a person that only treat s their self only oncer every couple of months needs. Unfortunately not a lot of continuity with team members Ive tried multiple and they either they leave the team all together or leave for the other location that only offers the longer more expensive services. i’m assuming because of the revolving door many of the technicians are new to the indistry- again- I’ve had some good experiences, but the overall experience you can tell is from someone who is new, so if you have that flexibility to have an extra long appt, know exactly what to request no recommendations needed and know enough about skincare to kbiw if something incorrect is recommended then is a great place. But for someone like myself who is looking for a specific special event lashes and wanted high-quality facials for continuous care. This was not the place for me. I tried to reach out to the owner to speak on my experiences and see if there’s something I could do to find success here with her tram . I was told that the owner doesn’t take these calls and was directed to the person who identified herself as a manager, which I understood. I specifically told her that I was hoping to go back because the shorter facials were ideal for my schedule right now and I didn’t want anything to be awkward between team members and so I was hoping they could just keep it between us and the owner. I told her that I needed these lashes for a specific event, and that I was hoping to make an appointment with a more experienced tech to fix them. She said that the way they pay their technicians it would be confusing. So I told her that they were so bad that I just wanted them taken out.. She reiterated that even having another technician take them out, would be complicated because it’s another person’s work, and she wanted me to give the new person which I just wasn’t comfortable with. My lashes took almost double what they usually take and they just looked like they had been lived in three weeks. She told me she would speak to the owner the following day and get back to me and understood my request for privacy. Three days later, I got a call from the technician who worked on me and got a voicemail of her profusely, apologizing saying she’s learning and trying to do better and she would love for me to come in so she could fix her mistakes and that she just tried a new technique and she’s so sorry. my first reaction was I felt terrible because It sounded like she got in a lot of trouble which wasnt my goal but then extremely frustrated and second. I made it clear that I would not go back to her because although she was very nice it was probably the worst Lashes I had ever seen on myself with lots of clumps and gaps so going back to her to fix it did not make any sense to me. I called back and again asked to speak to the owner and the manager didn’t hear from anyone for two weeks. I decided to give up and three weeks later got a call from the owner."

"Just got a lash lift and tint, love it! Ariel did an awesome job. I’ll definitely be back to see her again soon. Looking forward to less maintenance with these lashes vs extensions - and you can’t beat the price at CLEAR."

"I came here for a lash lift for the second time and was pretty sad with how it turned out. The first time I came, Edith did my lashes and they were pretty good! She was super gentle and sweet and they turned out pretty nice. I came back and had another technician and they were barely lifted. The tint was SUPER well done, better than anywhere else I’ve been though! But the lift was basically nonexistent. She was however, the most gentle lash technician I’ve ever had. I was pretty bummed with the results cause I really like this place overall. I ended up having my friend do a lift the next day with a home kit and it was so much better. :("

"Found this place after being told the hotel we were staying at would not do any services on a minor. The aestheticians were great! And even though they knew we were from out of town they still took the time to explain normal day to day care as well as recommendations for my daughters skin going forward. Thank you so much!"
