Scheduled my son's next visit only to get a call saying their office was closing permanently before his next appointment. The office staff was not helpful when I asked for information to be sent to me for their Carson office and hung up on me while I was asking another question. Probably a good thing this office is closing. Worst experience ever."

"I went to get some fillings and i sat in the chair waiting, super nervous because I'm afraid of needles. They must've thought i was faking because i have piercings, but they didn't know I've had a bad expirience as a child. I asked the man if he was gonna give me the shot and he retorted almost angrily, "i know how to do my job." I almost uppercut him then, but i needed my teeth done. My legs were shaking softly (because I'm nervous) and he huffed and said angrily, "why are you doing this? Do we have to do this a different day?" I almost roundhouse kicked him then, but i held back. He did not make me comfortable, he acted as if i was just acting for attention or something. I was just nervous and he should've been more understanding regardless of age. Maybe he just didn't like mixed people. Probably boils his blood."
