"“Absolutely no help,” is what this place should be called. I had to repeatedly tell the oral surgeon receptionist my daughter was a “she” after numerous times of her referring to her as “him.” My original office sent me to this place “to get in sooner.” They wait until THE AFTERNOON BEFORE THE SURGERY, (yes at 3pm this afternoon;) that they don’t take my insurance and “I can pay out of pocket starting at minimum 135 and up.” Trying to feed off my desperation to get my daughter’s wisdom teeth taken care of. Adalie (not even sure if that’s how you spell her name for oral surgery side,) but she definitely needs a class in patient service because she lacked the most basic customer service skills. Do better yall."
"Staff are very friendly and know what they're doing. Waiting room is clean and welcoming as well as exam rooms. Dr. Wiltsie is the best, very thorough and gentle in the mouth. Explains everything he's doing and what needs to be done. It's definitely worth the long ride I take to get to my appointment to Absolutely Dental, Spanish Springs."

"When I came into the Spanish Springs location I had been to two other locations ( 4th st and May Ann these locations were a nightmare.) Then my surgeon said he has heard great things about the Spanish Springs location, so I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I start explaining my situation to the receptionist and the office manager (Sandy) talked with and listened to me. It's been such a wonderful experience, the Doctor is also patient and kind which was the icing on the cake. I could not recommend this the place more!"
