"I had an excellent experience today. Hats off to Elizabeth at the front desk. I had problems setting up the patient portal. She was very helpful. She was the best experience I've had have with a medical front office in years. She saw to it that I had everything setup. She called me back like she said she would and that is so rare these days. Thanks Elizabeth."

"The dr listened to my concerns with their scheduling and made me feel things would be addressed. The hygienist was great as well. The office was very busy so the wait time to be seen wasn’t ideal but hopefully with another dentist things will get better."

"I had an appointment set 1 month in advance to complete my end of the year cleaning. Modern dentistry (Spanish Springs) called me on Tuesday the same week of my scheduled appointment to tell me that they would be closing early and needed to change my appointment time. I agreed to 2pm but told them it was going to be tough and that I may be 5-10 minutes behind as this was very last minute. On Thursday, I left work early, taking partial day PTO and drove 45 minutes from South Carson City to make my appointment. Due to construction in the area, I was 7 mins late, and they refused to see me (due to their policy of not seeing anyone after 5 minutes). The girl at the front was smug and very unprofessional along with her manager, who basically told me he'd love to help me, but that policy kept him from doing so. I would NOT recommend this this office to anyone I know."

"These people are absolutely rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional. I arrived a minute before my appointment time and did the E check in within five minutes and was still informed couldn’t be seen because I did the E check in too late she told me the receptionist told me it needed to be done within five minutes, which it was, the other receptionist told me it was my responsibility to know that I should’ve did the E check in before I came to my appointment. He also said because I am an established patient that they wouldn’t send me a reminder to E check in, and my reply was then how are you expecting me to be held responsible if you can’t even let me know the severity of the E check in However, no one sent me an email. They didn’t tell me when I made the appointment nor did they send me a text, however, he did say that was my responsibility and I couldn’t be seen. Dr. Florence refused to see me even though the E check in was done within five minutes of my arrival to my appointment. The young man at the front desk and informed me Dr. Florence would not be seeing me was very rude and unprofessional to say the least."
