"I moved from Louisville, KY 2 1/2 years ago. I’ve had the same beautician for my entire life simply because I tried other people, just for a new look, but it never worked out. The hair texture that my daughters and I have is very unique, not to mention we have serious length as well. We have been asked by beauticians not to come back to them because we were a handful and then some. I was terrified that I wouldn’t find anyone to care for our hair but I got online and eventually found Kai. From the start, just be looking at our hair, she knew exactly what we needed. I was prepared to be there for hours (all new stylists take forever, especially the first time) but Kai was finished with all of us in about 3 hours, 1 hour or less each. Which is absolutely insane when we’re used to 1-1.5 hours just for the flat iron portion of our services. My main stylist was the only person in history to get us done that quickly. Our hair felt light and flowed so beautifully. Our hair produces a lot of oil which causes it to feel heavy so that light feeling is super important to us. Even with us getting finished as early as we did, she still took time with every section of our heads and also educated us about our hair textures and what we should do at home. I won’t EVER leave Kai as long as she’s a stylist. It’s been a Godsend to have her and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Masterstylist behind her name is an understatement. She’s more like Kai Master Hair Goddess."
