"I just left this store and not only one, but multiple employees were rude to me. One asked if I needed any help, I was trying to color match a foundation. I told her I was having a hard time color matching and was frustrated and about to give up. She walked away saying, “ let me know if I can help you with anything else”. A few minutes later I heard her making fun of me to another employee. I heard him say, “omg she said she was going to give up?!” I had a handful of things and no basket. Two employees stood right next to me for a few minutes and never said a word to me. No asking if I need help, no offering a basket. While paying, I gave my phone number and said I would like to use my reward points. She asked for my ID, which has never happened. I didn’t have it on me, but had a photo of it. My last name didn’t match since I recently got married. She was rude about the names not matching. I go to this store very often, or at least I used to. I think I’ll go to the one across town just to avoid their rude employees."

"Manager asked if I needed help, but when I asked a question, she looked at me funny and was not helpful at all. Also, at the cashier, one customer was being helped, as soon as that customer left, the cashiers started talking about her. Right in front of me too. This was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had at Ulta. Will stick with sephora."

"Can I just say I don’t like coming to this ulta but the few times I have came this amazing young girl named Mia, was so sweet and so funny, and always checked up on me. This is now an amazing place to shop"
