"Deanna at chat blanc was very rude. Horrible customer service. She texted me a ton of stuff to read before my apt, which no nail place would ever do that. She was innapropriate over the phone telling me how many bad customers she gets cancellations on and such. Then she was very impersonal upon arrival her door says to wait outside and text her of arrival even if i had an appointment. The entire apt she complained about customers and how they are never satisfied and about the drama in her life. She also insulted the asain nail places multiple times. Super unprofessional. Will not recommend or go back ever!"
