"DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE unless you want your hair ruined and want to go bald. Not only did they ruin my hair in appearance (see two images below) and did not give me the color or look I wanted, they also ruined my hair by the substandard products they used and untrained stylist that over processed my hair. And they will never take responsibility for it. I have never had this amount of hair loss in my whole life. I will let the pictures of my hair fall below speak for themselves. I am losing hair like there’s no tomorrow everytime I brush it. In fact, sometimes it just falling even when I don’t brush it. Response to business: I did go to Reno, Summit Sierra location. Booking was under Nicky. I have added two additional photos taken in light to show that 95% of my hair fall is composed of the colored, bleached and over processed hair that was ruined by your stylist."

"Service was a blow dry/style and scalp treatment by Mina. She was incredibly nice and even showed me how to use a curling iron properly. The salon is lovely. Very clean, nicely appointed. Coffee, tea is offered as soon as you arrive.Front desk staff immediately acknowledges you. I pet peeve of mine when reception staff at businesses takes too long to greet the a customer. It's the little touches that makes a difference between a so so salon and an exceptional salon. You can tell the owner takes pride in her business."
