I'm a bit apprehensive about haircuts after experiences where the final result was nothing like what I've asked for—often ending up way shorter and different than I preferred. But my appointment with Kimberly Lawrence was amazing! She was not only kind and and easy to talk to but took genuine care to understand precisely what I was aiming for, asking follow up questions to make sure we were on the same page. I left loving my hair and will definitely be going back to her for my next hair appointment. I can't recommend her enough!"

"Today I decided to do an impromptu hair salon visit. I called at 1:00pm and they offered me a 1:30pm appointment! I randomly selected a stylist, Valerie. I went in wanting just a simple cut but after we discussed what I was looking for, we decided to do a wash/cut/dry & toner application to remove some of the warm tones in my hair. I can not rave enough about how amazing, kind, thorough and professional Valerie was! She took her time, listened to what I wanted, what I didn’t want and she was so fun and easy to chat with. "my experience was great. the atmosphere and environment is clean. the front desk is friendly although i think she needs to smile more because she has frown on her face even though she was checking in the customers attentively. my stylist however, she did a good job on my hair. copied exactly how i like it on the picture i showed her.. definitely will come back again once my hair needs fixing"
