"I pulled up at 5:10pm needing the smog to be done, gentlemen comes outside tells me they are closing and can't do my car. I see the lady and ask her can you please take care of me and she's like my boss said no. Then he comes out and says to me, you like to go home early I said its 5:15 and takes you 5 mins to smog. Super rude I usually come to this place for my service, which you just lost my business."

"You literally drive up, smog your vehicle, pay money, and leave. I've never spent more than 10 minutes there and the techs are helpful and friendly. You can even register your vehicle through their system. I'm not sure what more you can ask for in terms of convenience and service really."
