"Brought in my vehicle for smog repair. I asked the front desk clerk if I could sit my bagged food next to her so I could walk down the street to take care of a matter. She agreed. When I got back, she had eaten my food. I was angry, so I told the manager. He reimbursed me. Such a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I told the manager to back my car out of their garage. I did not want to do business there."
"This is an amazing mechanic. He really did a good job on my car I thought was toast! Good price too! I wasn’t even down my car a day! Took it in the mid morning was ready by 5:30! He was so nice too. Very helpful at explaining why the car broke as well. (Was worried it was gonna break more and he reassured me.) Still haven’t had any problems since."
