Just ask another shop in Carson City to build you a wheel around your hub...they are either unable, unwilling or annoyed that you ask! Highly recommended, especially if you ride anything steel built before 2000."

"This shop is the best and the owner has nothing but sincere integrity. Long story short, I was worried about an issue with a purchase I made, and the owner went above and beyond making my experience a truly great one. I have dealt with other shops in town, and I would much rather give this gentleman my money. I have no doubt about anything I purchase here. He won't even quote you a price on a used bike unless he knows it is totally ready to ride. And as far as service goes, I won't even think about going anywhere else. He obviously knows what he is doing, and has proven to me that he is honest. I would much rather have that than some sleazy salesman that kisses my butt and just wants to make a sale."

"I just started really getting into bikes, I don't know what's what, I know what size, brand, anything. I'm completely new. So I try talking to bicycle authority and were nothing but RUDE! Treated me like I was an idiot. He was frustrated and didn't even want to deal with me cause I didn't know the lingo. When I ask a question he would sigh and pause and you can tell in his voice he wasn't in a good mood. I've been nothing but nice, when people get irritated at their jobs maybe they should look for something else I was willing to spend a decent amount of money here but I will never purchase anything from this location Boycott this place I'm sure it's a good store I'm sure they do good work but they need to learn customer service skills"
