"Went to drop off our dog to have her nails trimmed. There were two members of a family already there waiting for their dog, but only we were told only one "Pet Parent" inside. The other family was not told one "Pet Parent" at a time. Needless to say, we left with our dog and will not return due to feeling we were discriminated against. If rules apply, then enforce them on everyone. We will now look for a local groomer and buy our pet supplies elsewhere."
