"Shop at Kohl's occasionally, been to this location numerous times. All good until yesterday (12/6/23). Went in to pick up a couple ordered were made online. Staff at the front pickup counter was very helpful and nice. While she was assisting me finding items at the self-pickup area, this unprofessional lady who is work there came over and start complaining about big mess they have to deals with these pick up orders. Then she repeatedly told me to pay for shipping fee instead of pick up orders. Customer have choices not to pay for shipping base on Kohl's offers. No one should never get harass by unhappy employee for their choices."
