"Curtis and his crew are just great! I just bought two E-Bikes from him, he spent time explaining the different options, let us try every bike we wanted to and even let us try different seats. He ordered us two new bikes and less than week later his team called and said they were done. The great customer service just kept happening when I went to pick them up. His crew spent time adjusting my bike rack to fit the bikes and even adjusted the fenders on both bikes to work better with the rack! You just don't find this kind of customer service anymore. So impressed and will share my experience with anyone looking for a new bike."

Keith helped me out today with a repair on my e-bike, which I needed otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go to work and make my living and likely would have lost my job. He fixed the bike right up and was a pleasure to speak with. Awesome guy and very kind and helpful. Keith is the man!!"
