"EG Threads is a gem in Sacramento. They're as professional a service as you can get and the quality and speed is pretty amazing. I was their neighbor once upon a time and we got along great. I had 200 t shirts printed, 12 north face company jackets, and a massive grommet banner for our building and not only was pricing fair, the quality is amazing. We always get compliments on the things EG made for us. Cool side note! My order was small compared to what they normally do, but they still gave me a tour of the entire facility and i honestly had a super fun afternoon with them, they showed me the entiore process and were excited to share it! Will go back"
"EG Threads has shown technical errors in completing many of our orders. They also have been unable to fix the errors that have occurred and I have had to take significant losses that EG refuses to pay us. Their customer service also showed a lack of poise and professionalism. If something does go wrong with an order, they’ve also implemented a new policy that says they will not be responsible for fixing any errors they may make. We would not trust them to complete future projects to our quality standards and advise against working with them based on our experiences. The owner Mark also is too busy when we need him. They always have excuses that someone is out or a machine is down. I would not expect them to be in business long so be very careful and do your job and screen them if you hire them. They are also in poor standing with the Secretary of State which is public information so you can search it and see."
