"I placed an order (for Fox 40 whistles) for our officiating training event. I was worried about whether I would receive the order on time, so a few days after I placed the order, I called customer service (I left a message). I received a call back! I was assured the order would arrive on time. By the end of that day, I had an email with a tracking number, which made me feel even better about getting the order on time. I received my order the next business day, and that was a very reasonable amount of time between when I placed the order and when I received the order. The order was complete and accurate. I think the pricing was competitive."

"I ordered the same type and size suit I usually do but this one was way too small. I followed their procedures for returning the suit and sent it out a month ago. I have received nothing and have gotten no response from my inquiries. I have now: paid for the initial suit and shipping, bought a mailer and mailed the suit back to them and have nothing to show for it. After many years of using them I was expecting much better service."

"Great Experience, Great Customer Service! I ordered Arena Sweater and Sweatpants. I figured 5- 8 days shipping would be just enough for me to get the product before I need it for my travels. A few days later I have not gotten any shipping update so I called customer service and let them know that I wanted to cancel the order since I would not get it before I needed it. I called customer service and spoke to Max. He was so nice and provided me with the best customer service! He made the process of returning and exchanging so easy. I was able to email him a picture of the swim trunks, so he was able to approve it right away . I stayed on the phone with him and he waited so patiently to ensure that I received all the emails that I needed to do the exchange. It’s so hard to find great customer service like that! I have two competitive swimmers in my household and I will absolutely be giving Swim2000 more business! Max was an awesome help! He’s very caring!"
