"I came in here looking for something pretty specific. First off I love hot topic. Anyways, this one is not that big. I like that this mall is usually on the empty side and it's near my school. So I stop by and looked around didn't see what I wanted and the nice girl that was working there asked me if I was looking for something and I told her what it was. She knew exactly what it was and told me that they didn't currently have it and even told me where I can find it in the mall. I love the customer service here!"

"I usually go to the one at Boulevard mall and i really love it, last time i went all the way to Galleria mall but ot wasn't what i was expecting... Its a perfect place to find anime merch. The mini backpacks are just awesome, it is a little expensive tho.. They have clearance spot, really nice clothes. Horror stuff, anime clothing, some figures, funko pops, plushies.."

"Its 3 stars since the inventory is never fully stocked. You'll see an image for a shirt, yet the shirt is not available or not in the size you want. I'd say buy online , but Hot topic online is its own review. This store is chill, decent size, staff is nice, not a bad store at all."

"I did an online order and choose to ship to store. The email received verifies that order received and will receive another one when shipped. The estimate time frame for items to be shipped to store is up to 8 days. I never received an email items shipped to store for pickup and by this time was more than 8 business days. I checked my order number online and shipping said N/A. Then try to call customer service long wait times. I emailed customer service then did get a response later my items were at store and need to pickup by 7 days or they cancel order. Called the store to verify order was there, had to repeat myself too many times until verified order was there. The Hot Topic store looked and had the typical "usual" selection for products. You don't have to wear a mask in the that particular store. My 3 star rating is based on my experience with online ship to store and store itself. I was not impressed overall but I am happy my order was not damaged and everything was there."
