"The attention was very good.The associate gave me good advice for a bday gift.The bad thing is their central air conditioner didn't work and they have portables a/c not enough when outside is 117!.Actually the entire mall was without a/c terrible melting!"

"The store was practically empty. However, the CSRs made clients wait over half hour to get in. I understand the health and safety restrictions implemented due to covid but I counted exactly 5 customers including me in the entire store. Bear in mind that this store is over 6000 square feet. They just didn't want to be bothered with customers."

"I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location today. After spending about an hour in the store picking out clothes, I had too much to carry and asked the manager if she could hold the items on hangers at the register for me because I wanted to look at the perfumes. She said to me "why can't you carry it yourself? You have a bag! Are you going to even buy all of this?" I found out this was the store manager, Christina. She was extremely rude to me. I told her at the register that no one even greeted me after being in there for about an hour, and she stated they were all busy. (They were busy standing around looking at the clothes they wanted to buy for themselves I noticed them talking about it.). Then, she said to me, well if you aren't happy with our service you can shop online. I called corporate and they were appalled by this behavior. I then left all of the clothes there and went to the VS at Town Square. It was like night and day. Do yourself a favor and DON'T give this location your business."
